QR Code Scanner
Scan a QR code with your camera, or read one from a screenshot or photo you upload. It detects the type — link, WiFi, contact, email or text — and lets you act on it.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to install an app?
- No. The scanner runs in your browser. On a phone it uses the camera with your permission; on a desktop you can scan via webcam or just upload an image.
- Can it read a QR from a screenshot?
- Yes. Upload any image — a screenshot, a photo of a poster, a saved picture — and it decodes the code without using the camera.
- Is the camera feed uploaded?
- No. The camera frames and any image you choose are processed entirely on your device. Nothing is transmitted, recorded or stored.
- Why won’t my image scan?
- Usually the code is too small, blurry, low-contrast or cropped. Use a clearer, straighter image with the whole code and its margin visible.
- Is my data sent to a server?
- No. Everything runs locally in your browser. Your links, contact details, WiFi password and images never leave your device — nothing is uploaded, logged or stored.
