The short version

QRTools runs entirely inside your web browser. The links, contact details, WiFi passwords and images you enter are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server we operate. When you close the tab, they are gone.

Your input

Generating and scanning QR codes happens privately on your own device. We never see your input and keep no copies — which makes these tools safe for private links, contact details and network passwords. Camera scanning uses your device camera with your permission, and the frames are never recorded or sent anywhere.

Third-party resources

Application assets are served from a content delivery network (CDN) for speed. These requests deliver application files only — never your input.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which tools are used. If cookies that require consent are ever introduced, you will be shown a consent banner and this policy will be updated accordingly.
